1. ConnectCoder owns and operates the websites ConnectCoder.com, and any other registered domain sites or assignees (“Websites”) and retains ownership of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the ConnectCoder Material/Product, including any documentation, data, technical information and know-how provided to Customer. Customer agrees that it must obtain ConnectCoder’s prior written consent before it may: (i) copy any of ConnectCoder’s material; (ii) use ConnectCoder’s trademarks, trade names, or other designations in any promotion or publication. The term ConnectCoder Material/Product shall mean to include all products/materials that you purchase from ConnectCoder’s Websites and/or al information you get access to upon purchase of those products/materials.
2. Subject to payment of respective ConnectCoder Material/Product fee, ConnectCoder will grant to each of Customer: (i) a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the particular product in an uninterrupted manner, and (ii) a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use a single copy of all ConnectCoder Material/Product.
3. The ConnectCoder Material/Product shall not be used for commercial purposes nor shall be exploited to create derivative work. To understand the complete usage terms or if you have specific query regarding usage of ConnectCoder Material/Product, please write to support@connectcoder.com.
4. Applicable laws: By visiting ConnectCoderwebsite, you agree that the international laws, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and ConnectCoderor its affiliates. In no event will ConnectCoder Solutions, and its officers, directors, employees, editors, and representatives be held liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of income or data, loss of or damage to property, and claims of customers or third parties arising from any situation.
